The Little Steps System™
The Little Steps System™ is the proprietary operational and program framework that governs how Little Steps Community Care™ programs are designed, delivered, and maintained.
The Little Steps System™ may not be copied, taught, sold, licensed, or used without written authorization from Concrete Blessings Food Concepts or its authorized representatives.
Future Licensed Partner Pathway
Initial Inquiry
An organization or individual submits a written inquiry expressing interest in a future licensed partnership.
Organizational Review
Little Steps reviews the inquiry for mission alignment, organizational capacity, legal standing, and program fit.
Compliance Review
Applicable licensing, insurance, background check, facility, staffing, and legal requirements are reviewed for the proposed location and program type.
Agreement and Fees
If approved to proceed, a written licensing or partnership agreement is executed. Applicable fees, terms, and obligations are established in writing.
Training and Implementation
The partner completes required training, documentation, and implementation steps before any program launch.
Launch Approval
Little Steps provides written authorization before any program, session, or service may be offered under the Little Steps name or system.
Ongoing Quality Review
Active partners participate in ongoing quality review, documentation, compliance, and standards maintenance.

Protected Intellectual Property
Little Steps Community Care™ names, programs, manuals, curriculum, training materials, forms, processes, branding, and website content are proprietary.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, licensed, adapted, or commercially used without prior written permission from Concrete Blessings Food Concepts or its authorized representatives. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Partnership Standards
Child and Family Safety
All partners must maintain approved safety standards, supervision procedures, and incident reporting.
Professional Conduct
Staff, facilitators, and representatives must conduct themselves with professionalism and respect.
Legal Compliance
Partners are responsible for all applicable licensing, insurance, background check, and regulatory requirements.
Accurate Records
Attendance, enrollment, financial, and incident records must be maintained accurately and made available for review.
Brand Consistency
The Little Steps name, marks, and materials may only be used as authorized in writing.
Financial Transparency
Financial records related to the partnership must be maintained and reported as required.
Respectful Communication
All communications with families, staff, and Little Steps must be respectful and professional.
Continuous Improvement
Partners are expected to participate in quality review and implement approved improvements.
